- In a bowl add rice flour, maida,sugar,mango Pulp and little yellow food colour..
- Mix it well after adding milk as per the requirement..
- Make a smooth batter.Let it rest for around 30 minutes..
- In a Kadai add milk and let it boil till consistency becomes half..
- Add 2 green cardamom for flavour..
- Then add sugar &mix well..
- Next add rava,stir it continuously till the rava absorp all milk..
- Switch off the flame and add mango pulp in it and mix it well..
- Keep it separately for cooling..
- Heat tawa on a medium flame and brush it with oil..
- Pour pancake batter as required and make thin pancake..
- Pour mango Sheera / rava on one side and fold it to a wrap like shape..
- Serve it hot..
