Pakora Karhi instructions
- In a blender put dahi,onion,besan,red chilli powder,dhania powder,haldi, ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup water,blend very well. In a pot pour this mixture..
- Add 1-1.5 litres water,stir and let this cook on slow flame. Let it cook until it reduces to almost half of it's thickness..
- For pakoras: make the batter and fry in oil..
- Put the fried pakoras in the curry,cook for sometime..
- In a pan put oil,add onions,button chillies,lehsan and curry leaves. Add zeera,Put baghar in curry and serve with rice..
