Ingredients of Milk and jelly Pudding
- It's 4 cups of Milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of Corn flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of Jelly powder(weikfield).
- You need 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- It's 1 slices of kiwi.
- You need of Pomogranate beads a few.
- Prepare of Mint leaves fo' garnishing.
- It's 4 of Munchini wafor twigs.
Milk and jelly Pudding instructions
- First of all boil milk and keep on stirring fo' about 10-15 minutes at slow flame..divide the milk into two sections..mix corn flour in 3-4tbsp of water and pour in boiling milk while sttiring..add sugar and keep sttiring 5 minutes more till the milk get thick consistency.. Keep aside.
- Boil 1/2cup of water in a pan then let it slightly cool and mix strawberry flavour jelly powder.. Stir it well and mix in the other half of boiling milk(check the colour of pudding while adding jelly mixture, quantity of jelly may increase or decrease acc.the colour of pudding)..mix it gently and cook fo' a while.
- Pour the jelly mixture milk in glass and keep in the fridge fo' at least one hour to set..keep out of fridge and pour the 2nd layer of corn flour mix milk over first one.
- Peel and slice kiwi into semicircle slices and set on the pudding..garnish some pomogranate beads, mint leaves and set munchini wafor twigs.
