- First wash and cut our pointed gourds and potatoes and onion.
- Now fry all the pointed gourds and put on a plate..

- When onion turns golden brown then add chopped potatoes, salt and cook 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes add termuric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and green chilli, tomato paste, red chilli powder,add little water and fry all the masala nicely then add water and after boiling add fried pointed guards and cook 15 minutes...
- After 15 minutes check if it is cooked add coriander leaves.
