- Prepare 250 gm of urad dal with black skin.
- You need 3-4 of green chillies.

- You need as needed of ginger.

- First you have to wash urad dal and soak it in water for 2-3 hours..

- Now place 4-5 such pieces in pan and fry it. Make sure you fry it on low simmer till they become golden brown..
