- You need 250 gm of Icing sugar.
- It's 550 gm of White chocolate compound.
- You need 250 gm of Pistachio paste.
- You need 250 gm of Canberry paste.
- It's 30 gm of Gelatin.
- You need 5 ml of Mango glaze.

- First make ready bakeing tray down layer with Pistachio paste mix with whipping cream add gelatin 5gram keep set.
- Next melt with chocolate mix with whipping cream add 5gram gelatin keep set this is second step.
- Third step is canberry paste miX with whipping cream and add 10gm of gelatin keep set.
- After set finally use cream for decoration and make white chocolate slab and top of the slab put drops of mango glaze ready to serve.
