- Dahi or Baisan ko blender m mix kar lein or is m dahi ke pani or half litre pani add krden or red chilies bhi add krden or haldi +methi dana +ggpaste bhi add kar dein ab 3 tbsn oil m slow stove par 2 hour tak pakayen.
- 2 cup Baisan m red chilli + yellow food colour +salt +onion chop+dahi add kar thick batter bana lein or oil m pakora fry krlen.
- Pakora fry kar ke direct karri m add krden or ab is stage par karri m salt add karen is karri pakora ke khas bt yehi hai ke y double tone m hoti hai.
- Ab Bhagar tayar karein oil ko gram kar ke us m zeera or red sabut mirch.karri Pata add ke bag har bana kar karri m dalen.
- Tayar hai karhi pakora rice ke sath serve karen.
