- Keeping aside 1/3rd of milk.Boil rest of the milk in a vessel.Add cardamom powder,sugar,heat till sugar melts..
- Take kept aside milk in a bowl,mix cornflour in it.Add this to the hot milk stirring continuously on slow to medium heat till the mixture is thick.Transfer this mixture into a greased rectangular cake tin.Let it cool and keep in the fridge for 2 hrs to set..
- Meanwhile make bread crumbs in a grinder from bread slices.Make maida slurry and keep aside..
- After 2 hrs remove tin from fridge, demould it and cut the set milk into cubes. Dip cubes in maida slurry and then coat with breadcrumbs.keep the cubes in fridge for 10 minutes to set..
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cubes on medium flame till golden brown.(Oil for shallow frying should not be less)..
- Remove the cubes on a plate sprinkle some powder sugar on the cubes and Serve hot..
