- Soak China grass for 20mins,heat coconut water and water in a saucepan and add the soaked China grass..
- Stir constantly till the China grass dissolves completely and add milk..
- Once the milk starts to boil then add sugar and condensed milk together..Allow it to boil for 2-4 minutes..
- Finally add coconut milk, give it a quick stir and off the flame..
- Strain and pour it into cups or moulds of different shapes and size. B4 filling pour a drop of food colour as u wish(optional).keep it in fridge for 3-4hrs and serve chill..
