Beans and plantain pottage step by step
- Parboil the beans,put it back in the pot and add some water and onion,cook well for 30min till it's soft,use a pressure cooker to make the whole process fast.
- Wash the fish and crayfish with warm water.
- Once the beans is soft,cut the plantain into big size and add to the beans,add little water,the fish and crayfish,pepper, seasoning, pinch of salt stair and leave for few minutes.
- Add palm oil,do not stair! Let it cook well together for about 10 minutes taste to check if the salt is enough stair again and food is ready 😋😋.
