- For milk jelly take a utensil heat milk add cardomom and sugar to it,meanwhile cut China grass into small pieces and boil it in a 1/4 cup water on low flame untill the pieces of China grass melt then add in boiling milk and stir continuesily for 2 minutes now switch the flame and pour the mixture in bowl to set.keep the bowl in refrigerator to cool.milk jelly is ready.
